Hey! it's depending on your budget really, if you looking to buy dual income properties such as dual occupancies or adding granny flats in Brisbane look around Logan and Moreton bay region, new builds will be located around Marsden, Creastmead and Logan reserve for north side suburbs look from North lakes to Caboolture. Closer to the city Acacia ridge has some good sub $500k properties with great growth history, other wise with in the 15km radius of the city Chermside, Geebung and Zillmere area's would be great to get in to now with the market starting to slowing down.
